Finally received the second Civil War title from Gamefly. Game feels a little bit better control wise, though still very loose, the clipping problem around most objects are gone as well. Unfortunately though in this one you can only carry two weapons... so while there are more weapons that aren't single shot (actually there are very few weapons that are single shot this time around), you can't just scroll through a huge collection of weapons in a large firefight if your blowing through ammo quick... but still an improvement over the first.
